Position Summary: The institute has opened several academic positions at multiple levels, from lecturer, assistant professor to full professor depending on experience. The candidates will interact with a dynamic and growing community in linguistics, psycholinguistics, and language within the university. The successful candidates would strengthen research and teaching in linguistics. The candidates are expected to initiate and conduct independent research. The ideal candidates should have a strong commitment to deliver courses in linguistics and related fields at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and supervise undergraduate/graduate thesis and independent research projects. Candidates may also be expected to contribute to effective management and administration of the Institute.
Qualifications: Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree in a relevant discipline, such as theoretical linguistics, psycholinguistics or sociolinguistics. Candidates should demonstrate excellent research capability. A strong record of publication is preferred.
